Gettin' the Wyomin' Fix

For some reason I cannot get these first two pics off of where they are.  This was supposed to be at the very end of the post because it was showing where we were sitting when I took the video of the deer.  So stupid that I can't get them off.  Oh well, enjoy the rest of the pics.
This was one of the first times we ever took Abby up to the Big Horn Mountains. It is nice that some bunghole decided to go around the whole mountain and score out our names in every tree. Nice try stupid, you will not kill our memories with your bungholery!
Big Moose haha.
Little Miss Ashtyn strikin a pose.
Camryn and Abby playing on the horse trailer while Chad got the horses ready.
Spunky on his favorite horse Red!  Sure is a cutie.
Camryn and Zack riding around Brett and Sarah's property outside of Greybull.
Gabe getting in on the action.
I got to take Camryn, Abby and Ashy to the pool on one of the final afternoons I was there.  It was a lot of fun and HOT HOT HOT!!!
This Lady Dog smiles more than any dog I have ever seen.  She must feel loved.

Spunky the pyro!

Bear
Some sort of bird
One of the highlights of my trip was this little girl.  She is so fun and smiley most of the time and giggles like a chipmunk.  I love going home to visit everyone I love.  I always feel bad when I don't get pictures of my sister, Mom, Nana, Wadee and Aunt Barbara.  They are highlights too.  We had fun this trip because we got to spend time with Brett, Sarah and Cashee and we also got to got see the Mollenbrink crew and have dinner.  Chad got to spend some much needed time with Josh and the Bassett crew.  The guys their Man Trip in for 2010 and enjoy the mountains that they love and grew up in.  Overall, besides me being deathly ill, it was a great trip.  Now we are back to life and back to reality.  We have missed being here camping with our besties and spending time with them.  Pretty soon everyone will be holed up again for winter and we won't see them until spring so I hope we can enjoy them a little before our hubs' brains turn to mush from hunting excitement.  I think my hubs is already working on that since we have to go spotting alot already.  We tried to find a few just last weekend and this is what we saw:

Here are some bucks that were all the way across the canyon from us.  A super long ways away.  This is through Chad's spotting scope so it was really hard to hold still and keep stuff in focus.

Summer fun!!

So can I just start by saying how much I love my family!!  I have the best time with them and enjoy every minute I get to spend with them.  We had such a great time over the fourth of July weekend.  Codi, Ryan, Emry and Tate came down to camp and play with us.  Kalli, Paul, Sam, Lane and Connie came and had dinner with us one night.  We even had Nate and Felecia and their family stay with us and one night.  So much fun.  The kids got to ride horses, we all got to ride four-wheelers, we played in the water, we fished, had smores, lots of outdoor cooking, coffee, campfires, etc.  What a fun and relaxing weekend.  We camped Friday through Monday and enjoyed every minute of it.

Love a good smudge!!
Our Lady Dog loves her some mountain time!

Nothing like a good pot of Sanka!

Gabe, Codi and Chad got to go for a ride on the ponies. Gabe is on Little Red, Codi is on our new horse Vertis, and Chad is on Joe.

Chad was the designated "horsey ride" guy.  He gave numerous rides for these three little girlies: Emry, Abby and Kaylie.

Abby had cheer camp and this was at their final performace.  Such a cutie and she did really well.

Chad loving the mountain and searching for arrowheads up on Skyline.

I'm always behind the camera, so I had to put this in here to prove that I was actually there.  I finally got Chad to smile so that he didn't look like an ax-murderer.  Haha...that is a joke between us.

There was a big pipe by our camp that lets the creek water through and there is a pool right next to it.  The kids got into their undies and played.  IT WAS COLD but they had a blast!!  They got a little cleaner in the process too!

Spunky had to get a little dirtier first though.  He said the muddy water was warm...haha.

Hahahahaha...no comment on what Zack is doing.  We were laughing so hard.

The kids were playing fetch with Lady.  I think they could have found something a little smaller but she would jump in and swim to get it and then bring it to them.  What a good dog.

Chad using his new scope to find some deer.  It was windy this evening but really gorgeous out.

Spunky caught a good fish up New Canyon.  It wasn't as great of fishing as the other day but they still caught a few.

Gabe catching one of his prize fish!

The Pretty One was reiling one in on her own.  So fun.  She even got to put it back in the water.  Slippery little suckers.

I guess from all the pics you can see that when we play, we play hard.  I am so thankful for these people that I am blessed with and can call my own.  I hope we have lots more fun trips.  I will post more of the other people we play with and love.  Our friends were playing elsewhere this weekend but they are our other half that we get to spend lots of quality time with.  Can't wait for more time with them and hope they had fun celebrating anniversaries and birthdays.  Hope you enjoyed a peak into our lives.  Hopefully it won"t be months and months before I update again but most likely it will be.  Love to you all.
